dc.descriptionAbstract: In this work we present a mathematical moddeling and experimental results on the performance of a six pulse thiristor converter using a fast feed forward method based on the crossing cosine wave with a de reference voltage to determine the firing time for each thyristor. Unbalance mains phase voltage are corrected by a method which advances or delays the firing angle of each thyristor so as to output voltage constant. The results obtained using the propoused method gives a 0.2 percent regulation for the 10 percent amplitude variation of Iine voltage and 0.5 percent voltage variation for 10 percent voltage unbalaneed percent between the three phases
