| dc.description | Resumo: O plágio de textos escritos é um problema jurídico e, como tal, tem sido objeto de estudo do Direito Autoral. Esta tese teve por objetivo trazer o tema para os estudos da linguagem, verificando as diferenças entre intertextualidade e plágio, bem como os mecanismos linguísticos usuais de dissimulação do texto alheio. Foi necessário verificar a noção de plágio na História e no Direito, bem como rever a formação social da noção de autor e aspectos básicos do Direito Autoral. Para que se pudesse compreender como a noção de plágio veio se constituindo através das mentalidades literárias, foi preciso verificar a maneira como alguns escritores, envolvidos ou interessados em questões de
plágio, se posicionaram face à questão. À luz de pressupostos teóricos adequados à análise linguística do plágio em textos concretos, três casos foram examinados. Os resultados apontaram a produtividade de se considerar o material aqui apresentado na apuração das denúncias | |
| dc.description | Abstract: The plagiarism of written texts is a juridical problem and, as so, has been subject of Law studies. The aim of this thesis was to bring such a theme to the language studies, examining the differences between intertextuality and plagiarism, as well as the usuallinguistic mechanisms of dissimulation of another's text. It was necessary to verify the notion of plagiarism in History and in Law, as well to review the social formation of authorship's notion and the basic aspects of the Law. To be able to understand the development of the notion of plagiarism through the I.iteraries' mentalities, it was necessary to examine the way how some writers, concerned or interested in plagiarism's matters, faced the questiono According to theorical pressupositions, adequate to the linguistic analysis of the plagiarism in real texts, three events were examined.
