dc.descriptionThis paper proposes an approach to address the problem of programming the maintenance of electric energy transmission assets based on the relationship reliability/cost. A mathematical model is proposed for finding the best maintenance schedule (taking into account the constraints of the Electric System) for these assets in a given planning horizon. Simulation results are shown by taking the case of the Brazilian Electric System.
