dc.descriptionThe management of urinary incontinence after radical cystectomy and orthotopic neobladder reconstruction is a very challenging situation. We report on a patient that developed a neobladder-urethro-vaginal fistula successfully treated but resulting in severe urinary incontinence that was cured after the periurethral insertion of adjustable silicone balloons.
