dc.description | We propose to discuss a distinguishing element of the metropolis in the present period: the real estate promotion for companies and their implications for the planning and the urban life, trying to consider the metropolis like a space that shelters a multiplicity of interests and conflicts. Our approach is centered in the city of Sao Paulo, host municipality of the greater metropolitan region of Brazil, doing to emphasize the characteristics that also share with other metropolis of peripheral countries and their specificities. | |
