dc.descriptionThis work reports experimental liquid-liquid equilibrium data for model systems composed by refined vegetable oils + linoleic acid + ethanol + water at 298.2 K. The experimental data were used for adjusting parameters of the NRTL and UNIQUAC models. Global deviations between calculated and experimental data not higher than 1 % were obtained for all systems, showing the good descriptive quality of the models.
