The logistics platforms are a specific location where the activities relating to the production, transport, logistics and distribution of goods are held, where the different actors involved relate to purpose of obtaining greater efficiency in its operations and management in these environments can be private, public or even a mix between the two forms. This study aimed to analyze the publications regarding the measurement systems and business performance in order to develop a framework of performance indicators that can corroborate the governance of logistics platforms. The research methodology used is classified as level as exploratory and research strategy adopted was the literature review. The research method used was qualitative. As a result of this research, we identified a set of 15 performance dimensions, composed of 76 performance indicators in the business that can corroborate governance, which consists of procedures associated with decision making, control and performance of organizations.
