The nasolabial cyst is a rare developmental cyst, non-odontogenic, whose development occur in the lower region of the nasal wing, with pathogenesis rare still uncertain. These cysts are often asymptomatic, promoting the elevation of the nose wing and deletion of nasolabial groove.
