dc.descriptionCr(VI) reacts slowly with acid-form cation exchange resin under slow-flow chromatographic conditions. The reduction reaction is negligible when short columns (2-3 cm), dilute acid eluent (0.01 mol L-1) and relatively fast flow conditions (linear velocity above 0.2 mm.s-1) are employed. © 1988.
