dc.descriptionVarious EKG leads where registered during anesthesia with hypotension induced with nitroprusside in four patients. Alterations in ST segment and T wave appeared in precordial leads, although, DII was unaltered. It was concluded in the conditions of this study that are needed best monitoring conditions to evaluate EKG abnormalities.
