dc.descriptionSocial agents are presented as the agents to maintain and improve the social context of a group, while working with a groupware system. Social agents allow the participants in a meeting to express their feelings about the meeting. Social agents are the tools to help and substitute for the moderator to maintain the social cohesiveness of the group.
