Neste artigo discutirei as relações entre o ambiente escolar democrático e sua influência no desenvolvimento da cooperação e do juízo moral infantil. Para isso apresentarei os resultados de experiências educacionais e de investigações que venho conduzindo nos últimos 7 anos apontando que crianças que desenvolvem a capacidade de cooperação com seus pares e vivenciam ambientes escolares democráticos tendem a desenvolver um juízo moral mais autônomo. For this I will present the results of educational experiences and inquiries that I come leading in last the 7 years pointing that children who develop the capacity of cooperation with its pairs and live deeply democratic pertaining to school environments tend to develop a stand alone moral judgment.
