| dc.description | El año 2013, la parroquia rural Chuquiribamba del cantón Loja, fue distinguida con la Declaratoria, reconociéndola como Patrimonio Cultural del Estado. En este contexto, surge la necesidad de contar con una herramienta de planificación que aporte a la gestión y conservación de su patrimonio edificado.
El presente trabajo, es una propuesta que partiendo de reconocer debilidades presentes en la actualidad para la conservación de este patrimonio, dada la falta de empoderamiento de sus ciudadanos y el poco interés mostrado por autoridades e instituciones estatales y privadas. Por ello se torna imprescindible la participación activa de la ciudadanía, misma que a futuro permita mayor sensibilidad, compromiso e involucramiento en acciones y proyectos por la conservación y salvaguarda de este legado histórico.
El presente trabajo privilegió enfoques teóricos que estimulan metodologías participativas en la investigación, de tal manera que los actores locales se tornan en activos partícipes en la construcción de propuestas de mejora y cambio. Se desarrolló un diagnóstico de la situación social y económica del centro parroquial, cuya finalidad es conocer a mayor profundidad los problemas y retos de la conservación.
Con participación de pobladores, se trabajó la matriz FODA para identificar fortalezas y debilidades, desde una perspectiva endógena y en base a estas valoraciones, plantear estrategias, proyectos y acciones que contrarresten deficiencias. Estos aportes, sirvieron para la elaboración del modelo de planificación participativa, el cual intentará convertirse en una herramienta útil y efectiva en la gestión y conservación patrimonial. | |
| dc.description | In 2013, the Chuquiribamba rural parish of the canton of Loja canton was distinguished with the Declaration, recognizing it as State Cultural Heritage. In this context, the need arises to have a planning tool that contributes to the management and conservation of its built heritage.
The present work is a proposal that starts by recognizing the current weaknesses in the preservation of this heritage, due to the lack of empowerment of its citizens and the deficiency of interest, shown by state and private authorities and institutions. Therefore, the active participation of citizens, which in the future will allow greater sensitivity, commitment and involvement in actions; and projects for the preservation and safeguarding of this historic legacy is essential.
The present work privileged theoretical approaches that stimulate participating methodologies in the investigation, in such a way that the local actors become active participants in the construction of proposals of improvement and change. A diagnosis was made of the social and economic situation of the parish center, whose purpose is to know more deeply the problems and challenges of conservation.
With the participation of villagers, the SWOT matrix was worked to identify strengths and weaknesses, from the endogenous perspective and based on these assessments, to propose strategies, projects and actions that counter these deficiencies. These contributions served to elaborate the Participatory Management Model, which will try to become a useful and effective tool in the management and patrimonial conservation. | |
