dc.descriptionAntecedentes generales: se define parto normal a la evolución espontánea que respeta la fisiología, en el cual el personal acompañante además de velar por el bienestar de la madre y del recién nacido, deberá brindar un apoyo emocional(1). El parto humanizado se basa en restituir el poder de decisión a la mujer, respetan-do sus valores, creencias, sentimientos, tratando de armonizar las creencias an-cestrales y la medicina basada en la evidencia(2). Objetivo: identificar el cumplimiento de las normas del Parto Humanizado en pa-cientes de Obstetricia del Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso 2016. Metodología: estudio descriptivo de una población de 300 mujeres atendidas en obstetricia, se recolectaron datos demográficos y características de Parto Humani-zado mediante una encuesta, los datos se agruparon y se tabularon usando Mi-crosoft Excel y el software SPSS para la realización de tablas. Para el análisis de los resultados se emplearon la estadística descriptiva, con frecuencia y porcenta-jes. Resultados: la edad más frecuente fue entre los 16 -20 años con el 30,0%; en cuanto al cumplimiento de normas del Parto Humanizado se obtuvo el 94% tuvo un trato respetuoso, el 7,7% tuvo un acompañante, al 58,0% se le permitió elegir la posición de parto, al 67,7% se le explicaron alternativas para el manejo del do-lor. Al 80% se le realizo menos de tres tactos vaginales. El 95% tuvo apego precoz y al 97% recibió alimentación (infusiones). Conclusión: los resultados evidenciaron que la mayoría de las características del Parto Humanizado se cumplieron
dc.descriptionGeneral background: normal spontaneous evolution is defined as a normal delivery that respects physiology, in which accompanying staff, in addition to ensuring the well-being of the mother and newborn, should provide emotional support (1). Humanized childbirth is based on restoring the power of decision to women, re-specting their values, beliefs, feelings, trying to harmonize ancestral beliefs and medicine based on evidence (2). Objective: to identify compliance with the rules of Humanized Delivery in Obstet-rics patients of Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital 2016. Methodology: descriptive study of a population of 300 women attended in obstet-rics, demographic data and characteristics of Humanized Delivery were collected through a survey, the data were grouped and tabulated using Microsoft Excel and SPSS software for tables. Descriptive statistics were used for the analysis of the results, with frequency and percentages. Results: the most frequent age was between 16 -20 years old with 30.0%; In terms of compliance with Humanized Childbirth standards, 94% had a respectful treatment, 7.7% had a companion, 58.0% were allowed to choose the position of childbirth, 67.7% were given Alternatives for pain management. At 80%, she had less than three vaginal touches. 95% had early attachment and 97% were given food (infusions). Conclusion: the results showed that most of the characteristics of the Humanized Delivery were fulfilled
