dc.descriptionDesde varios años existe la edificación del Centro de Retiros de la Universidad del Azuay, la cual tiene problemas de construcción congénitos por lo que no se le ha dado uso a la edificación. Parte de esta construcción es el Salón Principal, esta monografía está orientada a generar una propuesta de rehabilitación del mencionado salón basándose en un diagnóstico patológico existente y complementando el mismo con información de patología de estructuras y un complemento del diagnóstico.

Part of this project is the Main Hall, this monograph is aimed at generating a proposal for rehabilitation of the structure of the Main Hall,based on an existing pathological diagnosis, complementing it with information structures and pathology complement diagnosis.
