| dc.description | La ciudad de Cuenca ha sido catalogada por diferentes medios como un destino líder, a más de esto ha sido declarada como uno de los mejores lugares para residir o radicarse, hecho que inicio en el 2007 con el famoso fenómeno de movilización que comprende a los jubilados o personas próximas a hacerlo.
Desde el año 2012 este fenómeno se ha vuelto más que evidente debido a las crecientes cifras que respaldan la llegada de extranjeros a la ciudad de Cuenca.La realización del presente ensayo tiene como objetivo el conocer el perfil del jubilado residente, que ha optado por habitar en la ciudad de Cuenca; y la repercusión que generan en aspectos sociales, demográficos, entre otros. Como punto de partida se pudo recopilar conceptos básicos, que permitirán tener una idea clara del enfoque de la presente investigación.
Con el fin de obtener una información veraz y no caer en la subjetividad se manejaron herramientas metodológicas de tipo cualitativa y cuantitativa, mediante entrevistas personales a personas con negocios orientados a este tipo de target y encuestas hacia los residentes extranjeros de la ciudad respectivamente.
Como resultado final se establece que la mayoría de residentes en la ciudad de Cuenca son de nacionalidad Estadounidense, poseen una formación académica Universitaria; entre los principales aspectos por los buscan la ciudad como un destino para residir obedece a motivos como la tranquilidad, esto sumado al clima, amabilidad de la gente, y el bajo costo de vida. | |
| dc.description | The city of Cuenca has been classified by different means as a leading destination likewise, it has-been declared as one of the best places to live or retire, this phenomenon began in 2007 which includes mobilization retire or those people close to do so.
Since 2012 this phenomenon has become more obvious due to the rising figures that support the arrival of foreigners in the city of Cuenca.
The realization of this essay aims to know the retire’s profile resident who has chosen to dwell in the city of Cuenca, and also the impact generated in different aspects as social, demographic, among others. As a starting point could collect basic concepts, which will allow to have a clear idea of the approach of this research.
In order to get truthful information and avoid subjectivity, qualitative and quantitative tools were handling, it was made through personal interviews to people with business-oriented to this type of target and surveys to residents of the city respectively.
As a final result is established that the majority of residents in the city of Cuenca are U.S. citizens, having a university education and who are looking for a quiet place to rest, its friendly people, good weather and the main reason the low cost of living. | |
