La tesis “Rendimiento y calidad del cultivo del brócoli (Brassica oleracea var. Itálica) manejado con abonos orgánicos” se realizó en la parroquia Solano - Déleg - Cañar, a 2160 m.s.n.m con coordenadas UTM de latitud 729148 S y longitud 9690596 W cuyo objetivo fue determinar el efecto de los abonos orgánicos en el rendimiento y calidad del cultivo como alternativa para diversificar la producción hortícola local.
Los factores evaluados fueron: Abonos orgánicos (bocashi, Bioabor y humus de lombriz) con tres dosis de aplicación frente a un testigo absoluto, en un Diseño de Bloques al Azar (DBA), en arreglo Bi factorial de (A x B) (3x3) donde: A (Abono orgánico) y B (dosis de aplicación), totalizaron 9 tratamientos y 4 repeticiones, más el testigo absoluto por lo que se obtuvieron 40 unidades experimentales. El tratamiento Bioabor con dosis de aplicación de 15000 Kg/ha, la variable altura, a los 60 días después del trasplante y al momento de la cosecha obtuvo los mejores resultados con 33.85 y 37.6 cm respectivamente. El tratamiento humus de lombriz (15000 Kg/ha) dio los mejores resultados para: Peso (376.27 g); diámetro (20.46 cm); grado de compactación de la pella (18.71 g/cm); rendimiento (16497.94 Kg/ha); menor número de plagas (2.90) y estado fitosanitario de la pella (buen estado); y el más alto Beneficio/Costo (1.20$).
Los tratamientos: Bioabor (10000 Kg/ha) y bocashi (5000 Kg/ha), obtuvieron alto contenido de proteínas (25.96 %) y grasas (3.35%), respectivamente. | |
| dc.description | The thesis "Performance and quality of the crop of broccoli (Brassica oleracea var Italica) managed with organic fertilizers" was held in the parish Solano - Déleg - Cañar, at 2160 meters with 729,148 9,690,596 latitude and longitude whose objective was to determine the effect of organic fertilizers on the effect and quality of crops as an alternative to diversify the local horticultural production.
The factors evaluated were: Organic fertilizers (bocashi, Bioabor and vermicomposting) with three doses of application compared to absolute control in a Randomized Block Design (DBA) in Bi factorial arrangement (A x B) (3x3) where: A (organic fertilizer) and B (application rate), totaling 9 treatments and 4 replications, plus the absolute control at 40 experimental units were obtained.
The Bioabor treatment (15000 Kg / ha) variable height, at 60 days after transplanting and at harvest time acquired the best results with 33.85 and 37.6 cm respectively. The treatment of worm humus (15000 Kg / ha) gave the best results for: weight (376.27 g); diameter (20.46 cm); compactness of the pellet (18.71 g / cm); yield (16497.94 kg / ha); fewer pests (2.90) and plant health of the pellet (good condition); and the highest benefit / cost ($ 1.20). Treatments: Bioabor (10,000 kg / ha) and bocashi (5000 kg / ha) obtained high protein content (25.96%) and fat (3.35%), respectively. | |
