| dc.description | Nuestras empresas requieren fortalecerse hoy más que nunca; el talento humano, los medios y el entorno muestran nuevas tendencias cuya comprensión y gestión es el reto. El débil crecimiento organizacional ve sus orígenes precisamente en esta situación y el sector manufacturero, dentro de él las artes gráficas, no ha sido la excepción.
Así, diseñar un sistema de gestión por procesos que permita maximizar el valor de la empresa gráfica a través de la gestión de sus actividades en conjunto es el objetivo que persigue este estudio y que propone su aplicación en la PYME gráfica cuencana: EDICAS.
Las acciones ejecutadas para este fin estuvieron organizadas por fases, siendo la primera la identificación de los procesos existentes en la empresa y su interacción, involucrado aquí al talento humano a través de entrevistas. En los pasos siguientes figura el levantamiento de cada proceso incluyendo su caracterización, descripción de actividades y diagrama de flujo. Posteriormente se contempla el control de los procesos a través de indicadores de desempeño y la propuesta de un esquema para la mejora.
Finalmente, se pone de manifiesto que el Sistema de Gestión Basado en Procesos es un modelo administrativo cuya aplicación es válida en nuestro medio y que su éxito está en función del compromiso de la dirección y el talento humano. | |
| dc.description | Our companies need to be strengthened more than ever. Talent, resources and the environment show new features; understand and manage it is the challenge. The increasing organizational is cause of precisely this situation, and the manufacturing sector, including the graphic arts have no exception. Thus, designing a process management system to maximize the value of the graphics company through the management of its activities together is the objective of this search and it proposes its application for graphical SME: EDICAS. The actions performed for this purpose were organized in phases. The first one was identification of existing processes in the company and their interaction, the talent were involved through interviews. The following steps included the lifting of each process including characterization, description of activities and flowchart. Subsequently control processes contemplated by performing indicators and also it proposes a scheme for improvement. Finally, it shows that the Management System Based on Process is an administrative model whose application is valid in our environment, and its success depends on the commitment of the leadership and talent. | |
