Resumen
The elaboration of a plan integral maintenance management with the development and application of a specialized software for the control of horometers and odometers in the vehicle fleet of the Decentralized Autonomous Goverment of the Province of Cañar. For which it was carried out a study of maintenance management of vehicle fleet based on the control of horometers and odometers, for later developing a study of the current situation of the automobile fleet of the DAGPC where data was collected and mainly based on the record of automotive failures that were obtained from the database of the Enterprise wherewith it is proceeded to develop an analysis, through Pareto and Ishikawa diagrams in order to get to know which the main causes that affect the different systems of vehicles diminishing its functionality are. The results of the analysis of the diagrams allowed developing plans of preventive maintenance based on the record of the failures of corrective maintenance which will allow reducing the frequent corrective maintenance. For the development of the management of the activities of preventive maintenance, a software was designed specifically for the requirements of the vehicle fleet, which has the function of developing the processes for the planning of the activities of scheduled preventive maintenance, to créate work orders, spare orders, access to the record of failures, notification of preventive maintenance, pending corrective through the control of odometers and horometers in order to maintain the normal functionality of the vehicles of the automobile fleet of the DAGPC Finally, the system software of automotive maintenance controls the horometers and odometers of each automotive and it is recommended that the institution renews the server within a year as it expires.
