Resumen
The Producing Corporation of Guinea Pigs “Señor Cuy”, under the responsibility of guaranteeing a safe and healthy environment for its workers through the prevention and control of risks, both in accidents and occupational diseases, did the design of a management plan of safety and industrial hygiene (MPSIH). Assisted by the matrix of triple criterion (PGV), obtaining data in the initial phase and the final phase of the work, being these considered as sources of variation (Before and After), the experimental results were submitted to a hypothesis test for binomial variables Chi-square (Test of contrast). 25 risk factors were evinced in the initial evaluation distributed as follows; moderate risk 0, important risk 11, intolerable risk 14, and after the execution of the management plan of safety and industrial hygiene (MPSIH), the improvements in these risk factors were verified as follows: moderate risk 18, important risk 7, intolerable risk 0. Reaching a risk control of 87.10%, with an x2 tab (P<0.001) =15.09, deducing that there are highly significant differences, with a certainty off 99%. In concluding this research, it was determined that the design of a MPSIH allows an adequate control of accidents and occupational diseases complying with the national regulations in force in this area. By recommending socializing with workers and to update annually the MPSIH or when changes are generated as a result of the continuous improvement in the enterprise “Producing Corporation of Guinea Pigs “Señor Cuy
