Mantenimiento mejorativo del sistema eléctrico domiciliario e industrial en las instalaciones de la piscina de la Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo mediante el estudio de eficiencia energética.

Abstract

The present graduation work describes the enhancement maintenance of the electronic system domiciliary and industrial in the facilities of the swimming pool of thr Polytechnic School of Chimborazo by means of the study of energy efficiency, whose objective was the development of a study of the energy efficiency of the same, identifying hot spots that are caused by power increases, improper selection of conductors, maladjusted elements, corrosion and dirt. This project in its development contains theoretical concepts of maintenance, energy efficiency in sports facilities, general concepts of the thermal equipment FLIR SERIE E, evaluation of severity and generation of reports of the states of the elements of the facilities with which the enhancement maintenance is done replacing electrical element in poor condition that cause the heating of conductors and other electrical elements. With the enhancement maintenance in ESPOCH pool facilities that includes the use of cables, protections, and other devices with a suitable gauge in accordance with the UNE –EN 60617 standard the service in the facilities is optimized generating energy savings and better aesthetics of them. With the implementation of the study in the pool facilities, the efficiency and performance of the pool is increased, as well as preserving the assets achieving their useful life and guaranteeing their operation avoiding system failures. At the same time, rehabilitating the existing ground mesh in the area of the pool machine room is important since its absence represents a risk for both the equipment and the staff working on the place.
