Resumen
It was applied the methodology of process management Deming cycle which is based on: the Plan,
do, Check and Act (PDCA), in orden to design processes of XOMER CIA processes. LTDA. In
Riobamba City. Their needs were identified for this research project. This Project started with the
lifting of information through the log format suppliers, inputs processes, outputs and customers
(SIPOC) to know the current of the processes and then define a map with strategic processes, key
and support; this stage ended with the processes and flowcharts based on the Notation Bussiness
Process Manager Notation (BPMN) specifications and formats of records; the latter is important to
measure the operation of the process, in addition to implementation of the the organizational
objectives. Finally there were two important stages to assess proposals for improvement; One of them
consists is the use of the array Value Added Analysis (AVA) to determine the value added of the
processes; to measure the results took the corrective maintenance process of computer that during the
diagnosis were able to determine that possessed a percentage of value equivalent to 22.22% and once
at the end of the design stage this value is increased to 27% per cent thus fulfilling the definitions
raised in the investigation for guidance with the help of software Bizagi was able to identify the best
obtained, in this way we can check the improvements in the cycle time of the process, after the of
Design, it is recommended that it performs a follow-up continued to improvements in order to keep
the quality of the processes.
