Resumen
In the laboratory of tanning skins of Livestock Sciences Faculty of the ESPOCH, was the comparison of anilines basic versus acidic, in the tincture of plush leather for shoe-making, the number of experimental units were 28 goat skins, to the experimental results was applied a descriptive statistics, which resulted in that the application of basic dyes present best crossed and optimal results in the dye was applied to the experimental results providing a better grade in the tannery. To apply a finish, with anilines of basic character is presented higher tensile strength (156.17 N7sc) and resistance to the light (3.71 points), while the best percentage of elongation was reported in the aniline leathers with acidic. The sensory evaluation of goat leather reported the highest grades in the leather of the T2 treatment (anilines basic), with scores of color intensity of 4.57 points and scribe effect of 4.71 points reaching a weighting of excellent, provide a raw material of good quality that is reflected in the footwear. The best profitability was recorded in leathers finished with basic dyes, as the relation cost benefit was 1.30; or is the same, said a return of 30%, which is higher than that supplied by other similar industrial activities in financial terms. The application of aniline in basic is recommended to provide a compact fiber, tone of tincture more full, fat top marked, and a good touch and greater economic efficiency
