Resumen
The purpose of present research work is to design and build an electric vehicle prototype, focused in the demonstration of the charge of its batteries with the basis of charge by mutual induction in which uses a transmitter coil, that is in the base charge and a receiver coil in the bottom part of the prototype. Through a proper structured methodology and according to the needs and utilities of the prototype chose the elements that complement its functions, using (Open Source) to command in order the charge functions of energy and movement of the car by means of Arduino Mega 2560, which in turn communicates with a Bluetooth to control of movement through the Arduino Control Car application. For the storage of energy uses a Li-Po battery of 7.7 v and 2000 mAh that will be totally recharged approximately in 5 hours obtaining a charge of 20% and a distance of 3 cm between coils. At the top contains a LCD which shows parameters of charge and speed of the prototype. This demonstrates that for battery-recharging system is not necessary to have charger cables to the vehicle, besides the use of this system helps to preserve the environment. By means of tests and results obtained, it demonstrated the optimum operation of the prototype that should be considered in the future to take it to a real scale to be tested in an electric vehicle.
