Resumen
In Morona Santiago province, Sucúa Canton, 2 ½ km Sucúa Macas track, the use of three levels (5,10 and 15%) of Saccharum officinarum (Sugar Cane) in Broiler chicken feed compared to a control treatment was analyzed. Broiler chickens 200 of 500 Cobb line one day old unsexed (mixed), were used for each test. It was worked under a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications, the experimental results were subjected to significance tests, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and regression analysis and correction to better fit the curve. Experimental measurements demonstrate that allowed the use of 15% of saccharina resulted with the best production parameters, ie food consumption gr 3617,99 FCR of 1,43 kg, 78,35% wing channel, abdominal fat 184,08 gr a channel without fat 1825,22, the absence of mortality and a benefit / cost $ 1,36, values that differ significantly (P<0,01) of T1, T2 and control; concluding that the appropriate level of use of saccharina is 15% as presented satisfactory results from the point of productive and economically. It is recommended to include 15% of saccharina in the commercial balanced and conduct research in the same way, where are evaluated with other varieties of sugarcane, in order to determine on Broiler chicken production.
