Resumen
This research was for the purpose of evaluating the effect of four types of isoprotein diets and different energy levels based on quinoa (of second class) at yield creole chicken capons in the Academic Poultry Research Unit (PROCAP), of Animal Science Faculty; was conducted under a semi-intensive system production: T1 (2600Kcal ME/ kg DM an 17% CP (2800 Kcal ME/ kg DM and 17% CP); T3 (300Kcal ME/ kg DM and 17% CP), and T4 (3200Kcal. ME/ kg DM and 17% CP), these treatments had 25 repetitions under a Design Completely Random. Most relevant productive results were: final weights 2109,98 (T1), 2061,22 (T2), 2014,63 (T3), and 1938,92 (T4), ± 85,8g respectively, the range of dry matter intake g/day of isoprotein diets and different energy levels based on quinoa was 86,65 (T1), to 82,18 (T4), with the same thend for the consumption of protein 15,56 (T1), to 13,19 (T4), g/day and consumption of ME Kcal/day was 263,43 (T4), to 224,02 (T1), obtaining that as the level increases energetic dietary intake of dry matter and protein decreases, with differentiation with respect to energy consumption achieve with respect to power consumption peak from ME 263,43 Kcal /day (T4), with 3200 kcal ME/kg DM, the highest rate of benefit was obtained cost was $ 1,29 (T2 and T3), it has being understood that for every dollar spent to get 0,29 cents, as a conclusion castration technique and feeding were obtained with 2600 Kcal ME / kg DM and 17% CP based on quinoa, resulting in an alternative creole capon chicken production.
