Resumen
The effect of tree types of mannan oligosaccharide more balanced diets (Actigen) and methionine selenium (Sel-plex) was evaluated, in the middle weight creole capons chickens under intensive production system: T0: PB (19,74%); EM, (2,86) Mcal kg-1; T1: PB (19,00%); EM, (3,04) Mcal kg-1; T2: PB (19,59%); EM, (2,97) Mcal kg-1 with 20 repetitions per treatment under a completely randomized design data were tabulated in Execel (2010) and SPSS version 18 (2008) for ADEVA. The main results were very homogeneous initial live weight in all treatments but the best final weights were 3723,65 (T0) and 3580,80 (T1) ± 85,19g (P˂0,04) respectively. The dry matter intake (DM) of treatment with mannan oligosaccharides (Actigen) and selenium- methionine (Sel-Plex) with a range register of 118,75 to 123,55 g animal-1 day-1 , this trend is the same in the consumption of crude protein (CP) 23,26 to 23,49 g daily-1 respectively, respectively low values with respect to consumption of DM and CP control treatment (124,83 g day-1 and 24,64 g day-1).As the energy density was registered in the T1 and consumption in Mcal will be 0,380 day-1 value greater than treatment with selenium-methionine and treatment control. As carcass yield of chickens not castrated reached 78,12% and treatments T1 and T2 with a yield of 74,95 and 75,24. In terms of meat quality the intramuscular fat (IMF) analyzed in the pectoral muscle, the T1 reached 3,28% of IMF value greater than T2 (2,56%), T0 (1,14%). Another positive effect of mannan oligosaccharides is the drip loss reduction obtained in the T1 (1,56%). After the economic analysis report the T1 and T2 values of benefit/cost 1,20 and 1,16 USD.
