dc.description.abstract | The present research was led to an analysis of Reliability, Maintainability and Availability
from Gas Compression System of central production facilities Block 15, Petroamazonas
EP, located in Shushufindi, Sucumbíos province; it stood in phase II maturity or life within
the curve Davies. The mathematical equations that govern each of its subsystem were
established, which allowed them to know the current state of the system and predict their
future behavior. The methodology used to obtain reliability, maintainability and availability
(RAM), was proposed by the author Mora Gutierrez, where began analyzing data from
up time (UT) and down time (DT). Availability (inherent) was select according to the
operating context of the company. Data were obtained through documentary research
and further supported by interviews with operating and maintenance personnel of the A
company. Unreliability parameters for COM107A 47.84%, 2601% COM107B was
estimated over a period of 1080 hours and maintainability for COM107A 66.87%, 67.03%
COM107B within 24 hours. Then the values were obtained (β) for COM107A 0.98,
COM107B 1.29, eta (η) COM107A 1474.02 COM107B 857.52, mean time between
failures (MTBF) COM107A 1484.18 COM107B 793.02 hours and hours and mean time
between repair (MTTR) were obtained COM107A 21 hours COM107B 23.5 Hours. With
this it was concluded that the COM107B is the most critical subsystem and high priority
system center of gas compression. Based on the results obtained were recommend the
Superintendence of Maintenance Block 15 Petroamazonas EP, adjusting the frequency
of preventive and predictive maintenance of COM107A and COM107B subsystems,
comprising the gas compression system. | |
