Propuesta de un método para el seguimiento de proyectos de fin de curso en Materias de Lenguajes de Programación utilizando GITHUB en Carreras de Ingeniería Electrónica

Abstract

The method of monitoring and evaluation of projects to course materials MESEPP programming was proposed, for electronic engineering careers. The proposed method presents a method based on the use of GitHub, a tool for version control file. The study suggested that the application of this method would improve the quality of end-of-course projects developed and presented by the students. The technical resources used were Git, GitHub, Software R, Visio, laboratories of the faculty of computer and electronics (FIE) Higher Polytechnic School of Chimborazo (ESPOCH), Institution which was held on study. MESEPP was applied in one of two groups of students from the Schools of Electronic engineering of the FIE, for a contrast difference of her stockings. For this, a unilateral Statistician contrast based on the normal distribution was used, with significance level of 5% critical value of 1.65. Statistician value was 1.33, lower than the critical value results and led to the conclusion in the study that there is no evidence of ongoing projects for the end of course. We recommend further research to refine the proposed project and achieve the expected effects in this research method.
