dc.description.abstract | It was made the conformation of native bacterial organizations, for bio-remediating
water and polluted sediments generated in the Centro de servicios técnicos y
transferencia tecnológica ambiental (LAB-CESTTA). It was made the characterization
of physical-chemical and microbiological of the sediment and water, isolation and
purifying of the strains by using techniques of successive sowing. It was made the
macroscopic and microscopic characterization of the strains, it was proceeded to make
different test of selection: degrading power, antagonism, identification and reduction of
metal for massiveness, the process was executed for obtaining the native bacterial
strains CESTTA. Thought equipment such as: horizontal camera of laminar flow, auto
key, incubator, plasma coupled inductively (ICP), stove, among the main ones. At the
end of the test of selection was obtained 9 bacterial strains that were united into three
organizations: A that was formed by 4 identified strains: Shigella serogroups A,B and
C, Povidencia rustigianii, Morganella morgarii biogp and Xenorhabdus nematophilis;
B by 5 identified strains: Enterobacter agglomerans complex, Shigella serogroups C,
Xenorhabdus nematophilis, Proteus vulgaris and Xenorhabdus nematophilis; A+B
formed by all the strains. In function to the reduction profs of polluters made in the
sediments generated in the LAB-CESTTA, it was selected to the organization A+B as
the most effective to present highest percentages of reduction of polluters; ; TPH 96,14
%, Cd 64,90 % Se 56,94 %, Cu 55,49%, Cr 52,08 %, Ni 48,92 %, As 41,87 %, Al
44,13 %, Pb 37,86 %, Ba 36,07 %. It is recommended to make bigger studies oriented
to the reduction of heavy metals and other polluters by using the obtaining of native
bacterial organizations to reduce the environmental shocks generated at the moment of
being these placed in the resource ground. | |
