Resumen
The present project prior to the titration consists of reorganizing the Patio Mechanics Workshop and upgrading the 1749 electric elevator for the School of Automotive Engineering. The Patio Mechanic Workshop trains and obtains an integral training of the students through the practical contribution of automotive maintenance. As this is a place with a high risk factor defined by the amount of equipment, tools and procedures that are handled, a system of reorganization and redistribution of areas and equipment with the corresponding signs was proposed and applied. In relation to the maintenance processes that are developed in the Workshop of Patio Mechanics identified the existing needs, together with the study and application of national and international regulations, technical parameters and criteria were deployed that allowed to rethink and to form a model of redistribution Of areas and equipment, complemented with the location of the respective signage. In addition to the above and in order to satisfy the needs of the Patio Mechanic Workshop, it was necessary to carry out the repowering of the 1749 electric elevator, which is a process in which the original conditions of the equipment are reestablished and even improved, an engineering study of the Systems that make up the elevator, collecting data through technical data sheets, evaluated and diagnosed the state of the equipment, complemented the process by performing functional tests and giving the theoretical and illustrative description of the elevator to develop the planning and programming of maintenance and operation . Finally, the reorganization and repowering works show positive achievements, obtaining a better distribution of machinery and equipment, thus avoiding working in situations of risk boosting the productivity and competitiveness of the workshop.
