Resumen
The implementation of a didactic set of automatic transmission from Suzuki Forsa 1,2, models for Automotor Engineering School has as objective to develop knowledge and skills about automatic transmission operation, focusing the idea that technical personnel become expert to give effective solutions for problems related with the mentioned system. The research starts with a compilation about information and acquisition of elements and materials to set up the didactic automatic transmission system which has main components of the engine Suzuki 1.3, electronic control module, and automatic transmission MX17 and sensor VSS. It set up the engine with the transmission. It designed and made up the control module at the same time. The module is constituted by a microcontroller PIC 16F833A, LED, relays, sensor VSS module that turns on and off the solenoid. The didactic transmission system was tested before its operation through pressure and oil tests, switch inhibitor test of solenoid and electronic control module that after applying adjustments it was possible to get the target boot and demonstration objective. Different kind of works done in this set of automatic transmission should start with a previous knowledge about User Guide to care its functionality, maintenance and avail for a long time. The use and application of this tool allows reaching better results for the learning and warranty at the moment to apply and give solutions to problems related to the transmission system.
