Resumen
The Design, implementation and analysis of a system EGR electronic variable in function of rules of rotation and load, in the bed of engine test corsa 1.4 lt. OBD of School of Automotive Engineering analyses the technic effectiveness and environmental, basing its development in the design and analysis electronic and mechanic. To verify its influence in the reduction of pollutant emissions in special the nitrogen oxides that affect to the functioning of airways and immunological system of human beings. The process of development of the project is fundamented in compilations of technical research; likewise, using the methodological experimental design are realized tests in the engine of internal combustion corsa 1.4 litters of School of Automotive Engineering using the gas analyser MGT-5; that allowed to obtain parameters of electronic and mechanic design. The same that through the software of programmation of microcontrollers were used for the construction of module of electronic structured control with a system of powering, input, processing and the actuator. As also, through technic catalogues the mechanic parameters established served for the selection of pipes which conduct scape gas to high temperatures. The obtained results in relation to the engine without the antipolluting system showed a reduction of nitrogen oxides of 35%, and which refers to the fuel consumption was obtained an equilibre, fulfilling with the proposed objectives of research. It is recommended to use this studio to preserve the quality of air in the environment and the physical integrity of the human beings.
