Resumen
The present study is to create a manual Hydraulic braking control Board with electronic stopping and pressure for the School of Automotive Engineering laboratory of the ESPOCH. The design is intended to teach theoretical and empirical practices to help students develop skills and abilities with a high degree of knowledge that meet modern requirements. The design is structured to respond in real-tíme operations in optimal conditions. A digital fault system simulation, which helps observe front and rear circuit braking pressure, is included in the study. In corresponding tests, hydraulic fluid tests were used for respective front and rear circuit bleeding and the observation of brake pedal operation. In addition, a failure simulation system, operating in real laboratory conditions, which allow students to follow designed laboratory guidelines for electronic and mechanical testing. Once the results were obtained, the braking pressures were equilibrated with the control board to provide a more accurate reading on the manometer in operation. It is recommended to take into account the safety and maintenance norms of the control board in order to safeguard the integrity of the students.
