Implementación de un tablero didáctico de los sistemas de seguridad de alarma, bloqueo central y accesorio de un vehículo, en la Escuela de Ingeniería Automotriz de la Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo.

Abstract

In the electrical area of the Engineering Automotive School, Faculty of Mechanic, of ESPOCH, we install a didactical functional board of the security systems of alarm, central block and accessories of a vehicle. This complementary teaching tool was designed to complement the formation of the automotive engineer students of ESPOCH, stringing their competitivity and quality of the processes that they have to do technically in the practice. The didactical board is divided in three sections: module section, actuators sections and real applications section; it has with some elements of electrical connection to an easy installation; it has been built with transparent acrylic to identify electrical drivers of the electronic components making them different by the colors in base of their function, being a bi-electrical element too that protect the circuits. The connections of the systems were made following the workshop manual; the processes are identified in the user manual. Following the laboratory guide we strength the criterion to diagnose the security systems of the vehicle, trying to a good handle of industrial security and use of tester equipment that can help to interpret correctly this kind of systems and their functionality. To guarantee the correct function of this project, we have designed a preventive maintenance to apply in all the elements that are part of this didactical functional board.
