Resumen
This investigation was carried out touse enzymes VEGPRO in layinghens, the
protein food isformed of polymers of carbohydrates with nitrogen components.
There are proporsal toclassify the fiber fraction from food based on their nutritional
impact; the most used criterionis solubility in water. These compounds difficult to
assimilate only in the digestion process ofdigestive tract in poultry, the primary
objective adding enzymes diet birds' to improve theutilization of nutrients. It may
takeeffect by hydrolysis and altering bonds that release thenutrients, having effect
on physicochemical properties such as: viscosity from digestExogenous enzymes
were enhanced digestion and utilization efficiency of nutrients. Molina, F.(2011),
reports thatLohmann Brown pullets in the period of growth : to provide different
levelsof fiber VEGPROTM enzyme showed a weight win 636.20g, and Program
Management Lohmann Brown layers at 6 weeks must have an average weight
475g, a value that refers tothis enzyme acts on feed efficiency in poultry. It
concludesthat the enzyme helps to split thenutrients and improve feed conversion.
It is recommended for applying VEGPROTM at allstages birds, mainly in the step
increment up to 21 days, it depends the behavior in theremaining stages chicks.
