dc.description.abstract | In the province of Chimborazo at the Experimental Station Tunshi, belonging to the
Faculty of livestock Sciences at Escuela Superior Politecnica de Chimborazo was
made a very important study to know the effect of the different bio-fertilizers in the
production of forage and seed of the grassland poa palustris, It was made the
evaluation of Bio fertilizers Rhizobium meliloti Mycorrhizae sp) over the addition of
humus in the production of forage and seed of Poa palustris (grass poa), for which
were evaluated three bio fertilization levels more humus being T1 (Mycorrhizae sp
3kg/ has 6 Tn humus/has) T2 (Rhizobium meliloti 0.5 kg/has Mycorrhizae sp. 3
kg / has humus 6 Tn /has), T3 (Rhizobium meliloti 0.5 kg/has humus 6 Tn/has)
compared a treatment witness TO (6 Tn/has humus), with 3 replications, obtaining
a total of 12 experimental units, which were distributed in a desing of blocks
completely randomly. The experimental results were subjected to analysis of
variance and separation of means with Tukey's test. The results show that the
best response were achieved with the treatment 6 Tn humus/ has 3kg/ has
mycorrhizae + 0.5 kg/has Rhizobiumin in height, green forage and dry matter
production occurrence States of pre-flowering and flowering time, production of
seed and benefit cost of the Poa grass with 27.00, 42.33 and 48.00 cm in height at
the 15.45 and 60 days, 6.8 Tn /has /FV and 1.8 Tn /has /MS, 52.7 and 89.3 days a
the pre-flowering and flowering, 197 kg/has seed and finally a benefit cost in the
production of forage of 1.17. It is recommended to use 6 Tn humus / has 3kg/ has
Mycorrhizae 0.5 kg/has Rhizobium in the production of forage and seed of Poa
