Resumen
In the optimization of the application process of dyes in the company RADEL INDUSTRY S.A. Ambato, the process of dyeing in fabric was developed, considering that a dye is a product that gives color to the textile fiber and dyeing is the process in which a textile in contact with a dye solution, absorbs it so that, having been dyed, it presents resistance to return the dye to the bath. This process depends on the type of fiber, the nature of the dye and the operating parameters such as time, temperature and pH, on the basis of which exhaustion curves were established with greater fixation and decrease of the dye in the wastewater. Direct pale colors such as RL Yellow at concentrations of 0.05% to 5% dye with temperature parameters of 85°C, and a staining time of 30 minutes for low concentrations (0.05%, 0.1%, 0.5%); and up to 60 minutes for high concentrations (1%,3%,5%) the fixation and depletion characteristics were optimized for each of the dyes. The purpose of the optimization of the synthetic dyes is to reduce the environmental impact produced by the wastewater emitted by the textile industries, in order to obtain a good exhaustion and fixation, it is recommended to control the factors of time, temperature and pH.
