dc.description.abstractThe topic of this research work is: Management Audit of the Sales Department and Customer Service Appliances Stores San Francisco “IMPOEKSA”, in Riobamba city; from January 1 to December 31, 2010. In this investigation, it was necessary to carry out an evaluation to the processes and operations; therefore, management indicators like: efficiency, efficacy, economy, and reliability were applied. It was taking into account an enterprise detailed diagnostic. The objectives are to create the organizational structure. To diffuse the bylaw: mission and vision. To establish sales objectives and strategies, which are provable. To develop a good working environment in which all the staff were involved. To improve the customer services. The methods interviews, process evaluation, and application of indicators were used. As a result, it will allow both people and contributors to achieve a good work environment, improving living conditions and quality in customer service, making the stores “IMPOEKSA” position as a benchmark for economic activities.
