dc.description.abstract"Insolation and identification of various fungi and bacteria from the effluent of a red oil extractor of African Palm Tree were carried out to obtain information on the types of. úorganisms existing in the residue, which can be used as bioremedation agents. Applying the experimental method residual wáter previously characterized was the starting point to dilute at various concetrations; sowing was carried out in defferent cultura media such as Macconkey and PDA in the laminar flow chamber. Aer having been identified they were subjected to tests to assess their degrading capacity in the residue at 5, 25, and 50%. Strains of Fusarium avenaceun, Fusarium solani, Aspergillus fumigates and Brevundimonas diminuta were obtained. Each microorganism was dosed into the treatments where the DQO before and after the testing was measured; with Brevundimonas diminuta of 4800 it was posible to reach a DQO. of 1600 mg/L, while with Fusarium avenaceun, Fusarium solani and Aspergillus fumigates the decrease of DQO was given by 25 and 40%. Both the fungi and bacteria improved the characteristic smell of residual water; the color grinding was also observed. The lab trial results show that is possible to insólate native organisms and the use them in the organic load degrading."
