dc.description.abstractThe title of this research workis “Selection and Implementation of a Supercharging System for a Vehicle Chevrolet Luv 2.2 Engine 4ZD1”. The purposeis: to decrease the loss of power taking into account the altitude in which that kind of vehicle travel by road by means of increasing the effective power. Then it will have a minimum charge of fuel and of fuel and will reduce the poison gases. To make this research the investigative method was used. This project implements the turbocharged system, which will allow putting an enough quantity of air inside of the cylinder. In addition, it will improve the interaction between the molecules of the combination air–fuel, of this way; the fuel has the best use with stronger and complete blow up, increasing the power, and reducing the poison gases, as: CO2, CO, NOX, y HC. For this work, it was necessary a turbo compressor GARRETT GT2252, in which an exhaust valve “wastegate” was in corporated. In addition, it was in clouded ther accessories: intercooler, blowoff, pressure gauge, and pipe of air. Then, it will help at the correct operation and will give confidence at the Super Charging System. In conclusion, it will obtain a more efficient motor with the effective power, minimum charge of fuel, and reduce of poison gases.
