Resumen
The Predictive Maintenance has been applied in Pumping Groups at the Faisanes Station to improve the maintenance management selecting the predictive technique: Vibration Analysis based on the Norms ISO 2372, ISO 10816 and ISO 8528-9 exclusively applied in the Internal Combustion Motor. Measurements in the three pumping groups were carried out with the
Equipment Detector II – Software Trendline 2 and the gauge SPM. The results show combined unlinking up problems, as well as joint and play faults at the bases of the study equipment. It is not possible to forget about problems in the pulleys and bands in the pulley – activated pump. The inconveniencies caused by the faulty mounting of the equipment and the continuous functioning cause a repercussion in the functional performance of the pumping groups and the early detection of these problems help avoid unnecessary stops affecting the pumping and permit to improve the frequencies at which the maintenance tasks are carried out avoiding a waste in the spare parts which can be used replacing spare parts to be changed, i.e. the frequency of spare part change will start to vary whit the help of this investigation. Consequently, the maintenance management improves because of the resource optimization being important the implementation of this type of maintenance within the enterprise.
