dc.description.abstract | The Vibrational Analysis in the Rotary Equipment of the Agro-industrial
Factory Mis Frutales has been carried out to know about the real technical status of machinery. The vibration analysis in industrial machinery, the transductor selection, the FFT spectra study, the different spectra types used, the rules to analyze the spectra, the norms for measurement and the evaluation of acceptable vibration levels were carried out. To conduct the evaluation of the actual maintenance management the technical cards, the maintenance plan and the work documents were analyzed. The procedures and measurement routes in the rotary equipment are structured. For this a diagnosis equipment is used; the different measurement points are determined and a preventive and predictive maintenance plan is elaborated for each machine. Moreover the different results of the measurements in measurement reports are put in detail. With the analysis which factors causing the different faults in the equipment are detailed as well as the actions to be taken for their correction as with the use of this work as a practical guide both the administrative personnel and the operators will
avoid prolonged stops and production losses. | |
