Built in the early 1960's by Vic Barothy from Cuba, the Barothy's Caribbean Lodge was the first of three fishing lodges in Belize. It is now Known as the "Belize River Lodge". Postcard number 106537.

Built in the early 1960's by Vic Barothy from Cuba, the Barothy's Caribbean Lodge was the first of three fishing lodges in Belize. It is now known as the "Belize River Lodge".

The Government House, now the House of Culture Museum, was built in the early 1800's and was used as the administrative office and living quarters of the governors of Belize. Postcard number 106545.
