| dc.description | El trabajo pretende iniciar una investigación exploratoria de la situación actual de la "violencia intrafamiliar" en la ciudad de Tandil, Departamento Judicial de Azul abordando tres dimensiones interconectadas: a) la visualización mediática, b) la visión desde los diferentes actores que participan en la mesa de enlace, c) el contraste entre la ciudad y las zonas rurales, todo ello en su cotejo con el efectivo acceso a la justicia. Este trabajo se desarrolla en el marco del proyecto de investigación Infojus denominado "Cartografía del tratamiento judicial de la violencia contra la mujer. Un análisis del fuero con competencia especial en violencia", enriquecido por la experiencia como agente judicial de uno de nosotros y en investigación de otra. A tal fin nos hemos valido de distintos recursos metodológicos, entre ellos esencialmente la participación en la "Mesa local de prevención, protección y asistencia de las personas involucradas en situaciones de violencia", como asimismo de entrevistas, estadísticas, bibliografía, y publicaciones periodísticas. | |
| dc.description | This essay seeks to be a close up to the current situation of the social problem known as "domestic violence", in the geographical frame of Tandil city, Judicial Department of Azul, made through a fieldwork research, involving three interconnected dimensions, such as: a) the media exhibit of the theme, b) the view generated by all of the different agents who integrate the Local Linking Board, c) the contradistinction between the reality in the city opposite the situation in the country zone, all throughout the examination of the current respect to the access to Justice. It has been conceived upon the basis settled by the Infojus project named: "Cartografía del tratamiento judicial de la violencia contra la mujer. Un análisis del fuero con competencia especial en violencia", enriched by the experience earned one of the author, as a Court Employee and in scientist research of the other. We have served ourselves from different kinds of methodological resources, having being of an extraordinary relevance the participation at the Local Linking Board, as well as some interviews done, statistic, bibliography and journal´s news reviewed. | |
