In front of the rules of public policy and the pursuit of quality education for all, It
is fundamental issue of inclusive education. With this research looked to investigate
which the challenges faced by teachers and school administrators of a municipal lace
from Constantina/RS, in front of this proposal, and identify the understanding by
these professionals on this topic, seeking grants for continuing education structure.
We chose studies this subject, because it’s possible study with more specific
detailing of the elements investigated. It was studied performed semi-structured
interviews with teachers and administrators of the school concerned. According to
the search results we find that the respondents understand the basic principles of
inclusive education and its importance. Among the main challenges can be found
citing the lack of such professionals to work with differences. Facing this is the
fundamental structure of continuing education so that teachers and administrators to
explain their difficulties, reflect on their practice, acquire more knowledge and then
help in the delivery of quality education for all students, enriching the differences in each one.
