Políticas públicas relativas à dependência química no Brasil: uma revisão narrativa

Public policy in the area of chemical dependency has been discussed in different segments of society in order to qualify the attention of users and dependents of psiquicoativas substances and their families. The objective was to analyze the scien-tific and Brazilian regulations on existing public policies in the addiction stage produc-tion. We conducted a narrative review, from the year 2006, the search was on Bi-reme, SciELO and LILACS, totaling 17 studies selected to perform the review. The results permeated two categories: the development of public policies in Brazil for drug addiction and actions in the current context for the chemically dependent, con-sisting up the slopes of the laws in this area, along with positive actions and negative in the chemically dependent user scenario, They pointed out that permanent and continuing education are essential for health professionals to perform a call quality and successfully in the care network where health services operate. Also stresses that the work of public policies on substance abuse need further clarification, so that professionals and managers to discuss and support to carry out a comprehensive work to chemically dependent individual.
