This work begins presenting discussions on the concept of gender that has been built a few decades ago with the contributions and reflections of feminist movements. Analyze the social conditions under which occurs in a naturalized way, the construction of gender hierarchy in our society, reinforcing a condition of inequality and establishing a male relation of power over women in various everyday situations. And, as the main focus of this paper, we analyze how the school has contributed to the reproduction of this hierarchy through educational practices in various aspects such as the use of language in various forms of expression in the curriculum installed inside schools that enroll concepts and prejudices, sometimes clearly, sometimes subtly, in pedagogical practices, in textbooks, literature and finally, and quite convincingly, in physical education classes, education bodies. Through study we can conclude that it is also necessary to pay attention to an educational training anti prejudice and that does not allow any kind of discrimination. For both textbooks and pedagogical nature of materials should be problematized and worked to produce understanding of human rights and especially to work properly the issues of gender, race, ethnicity and social class.
