Resumen
In order to guarantee the quality of a measurement result, one must be correctly estimated the uncertainty associated to its result. The main objective of this work is the development of new regression methods in order to use them in the estimation of uncertainties associated to chemical measurements. Also, in order to construct the calibration curve associated to an instrument of analytical measurement, one must to budget the main uncertainties sources present inboth axes of the calibration curve. Firstly, we made a correction in the equations present in the chemical literature, when the OLS, WLS and BLS are used to adjust a straight-line. After, such equations were generalized to a polynomial of upper degree. Also, we proposed a new method of the estimation parameters, called BELS, which furnishesparameters with least uncertainties than BLS regression method. In addition, was estimated the component of uncertainty of the analite in the sample essay, because of the calibration process. After this, was made a comparison between the results furnished by the methods BLS, BELS and AJUSTE. Finally, the results obtained to the bivariate calibration were generalized to a multivariate situation
