This prefactibility study seeks to analyze the financial viability for the operation of a kitchen coworking in the metropolitan area of the Aburrá Valley, as a degree job in the MBA, for which the environment, the sector, the market were analyzed, technical, administrative and legal elements directly involved in its operation and implementation. For the execution of this work was observed the lack of a coworking space within the area of gastronomy. And for this reason it can be a great opportunity for many chefs and gastronomic companies to achieve savings in their structure and economy and take all the benefits of the collaborative economy. For this project a robust marketing strategy is needed where the benefits of this system are demonstrated.
